In the event that you need to return an item, please send us an email at service@clenlux.com to get the process started. Please review our policy below.
RETURNS
Not happy with your order? we gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise accompanied by a receipt free of charge( Excluding items over the weight limit). Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by since, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
